Acquisitions

Noble Capital Acquisitions takes an ownership role on the front-end of investment acquisitions and development projects. Its responsibilities include oversight of site selection, preliminary analysis and feasibility studies, negotiations and contract structuring for the growing Noble Capital Portfolio. Acquisitions also partners with investors on new projects, including land and existing building investments.

In the past, most commercial developers have chosen to outsource acquisition, but by creating a new paradigm with our team of commercial real estate brokers and research analysts, Noble Capital has made the process more efficient and effective, setting a new standard in our industry.

Working with the Noble Capital Asset Management team, our Acquisitions market analysts generate precise, relevant data on each prospective property, giving Noble Capital’s executive team a full risk evaluation. Our finance specialists provide competitive debt and/or equity financing options and advice on various ownership structures. This dedication to due diligence has enabled us to develop the corporate strategies that have led us to our leadership role in the commercial real estate market.

Development Ventures

The Development Ventures team acts as a conduit between the Acquisitions team and Noble Capital Development Operations. It focuses on creating and identifying development opportunities for Noble Capital and select third party clients.

Our development consultants create detailed preliminary development programs concepts to shape and direct each project. Working with the Acquisitions team, Development Ventures site analysts perform comprehensive feasibility studies for new construction and existing buildings. Development Ventures also works closely with Noble Capital Asset Management to create in-depth preliminary financial analysis and secure equity capital for investment properties. And together with the Acquistions team, Development Ventures creates marketing plans and project sales and leasing programs.

Noble Capital Development Ventures remains actively involved in all stages of the development process, maintaining working relationships with all parties and ensuring a successful finished product.

Development Operations

The Noble Capital Development Operations team is responsible for providing high-level project development management services.

Supervising all activities, the Development Operations team’s main objective is delivering projects on time and within budget. Once a site has been selected and property development begins, this team works synergistically with the Noble Capital Acquisitions and Development Ventures teams, deploying and managing development operations through every step of the process.

Noble Development Operations has a comprehensive understanding of complex land planning restrictions and governmental regulatory agencies. We provide advice and oversight of agency requirements, environmental and governmental factors and site characteristics. We assume a managerial role in all aspects of construction management including the selection, bidding and hiring of key development professionals such as architects, engineers and general contractors. All functions of the design and planning phases are coordinated through a single point of contact. And to ensure each project’s financial success, Development Operations stays actively involved in all business aspects throughout the development process, up to and including the complete finish-out for committed tenants and users.
