Jadon Newman, CCIM

Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur, Jadon's expertise lies in Real Estate Investing, Development and Financing. In 2002, Jadon founded Streamline Funding Group, known today as a market leader in “Hard Money Lending.” Recognizing a need in the market for a full-service real estate investment banking and development firm, Jadon founded Noble Capital in 2004 and has never looked back.

In 2004, Jadon successfully completed the highly coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) advanced Real Estate Education. In addition to numerous industry trade affiliations and certifications, Jadon also holds his Texas Mortgage Brokers License, his Real Estate License and his Texas Group I Insurance License. He has completed over 900 hours of training in these fields.

Together with Noble Capital's Executive Leaders, Jadon is dedicated to providing growth opportunities for Noble's clients, employees and industry colleagues.

Chris Ragland

A seasoned real estate professional, Chris has spent the last decade working in firms that specialize in Full Service Brokerage, Property Management, Property Maintenance and Rehabilitation, Servicing, Loss Mitigation, and REO Management. Additionally, Chris is a serial investor/manager business entrepreneur. His specializations include navigating rapid business change, mapping processes during periods of ambiguity, forming and developing teams, and driving creativity for product and process development. In addition to real estate, Chris has a broad base of industry experience including high tech, construction, telecom, mobility, the arts, insurance, film, and retail.

Active in his community, Chris works with various non-profit organizations adding business intelligence in a volunteer capacity. Chris holds a BA in Entrepreneurship as well as an MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from St. Edward's University, and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas.

Grady Collins

Fund Operations Manager

Grady Collins is the Fund Operations Manager at Noble Capital. Grady manages the real estate investment banking operations, including institutional warehouse line facilities and mortgage pool fund offerings. Grady actively manages the funds strategies, objectives, and performance goals to ensure the optimization of the deployment of funds. Grady has over 17 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Prior to joining Noble Capital, Grady was an analyst with a major Wall Street firm and then successfully ran a private real estate hedge fund with average annualized returns of over 18.00%.

Grady hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Temple University. Grady is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.

Romney Navarro

Origination and Underwriting Manager

Romney joined the Noble Capital family of companies in 2008, bringing with him extensive experience in structured finance and commercial lending. In charge of developing key relationships with Noble’s Private Lender's Network, individuals and institutions alike, Romney plays and integral part as one of the leaders of Noble's exclusive loan origination and underwriting division, Streamline Funding. Romney's mission is to provide consistent high quality asset based loan opportunities to the Private Lender's Network while maintaining transparent lines of communication with his Lenders.

Romney's career in the real estate industry began in 2001 as an Escrow Officer for one of South Florida's premier title insurance companies. Prior to joining Noble Capital, Romney worked for the largest small balance commercial mortgage firm in the country as a Senior Account Manager in the state of Texas where he was consistently a top producing originator. In addition to providing financing for numerous residential investment projects, his lending experience includes the financing of apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and various other types of commercial properties.
