A seasoned commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur, Jadon's expertise lies in Real Estate Investing, Development and Financing. In 2002, Jadon founded Streamline Funding Group, known today as a market leader in “Hard Money Lending.” Recognizing a need in the market for a full-service real estate investment banking and development firm, Jadon founded Noble Capital in 2004 and has never looked back.

In 2004, Jadon successfully completed the highly coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) advanced Real Estate Education. In addition to numerous industry trade affiliations and certifications, Jadon also holds his Texas Mortgage Brokers License, his Real Estate License and his Texas Group I Insurance License. He has completed over 900 hours of training in these fields.

Together with Noble Capital's Executive Leaders, Jadon is dedicated to providing growth opportunities for Noble's clients, employees and industry colleagues.

Minka Anderson

Executive Director|Streamline Funding
Minka is an experienced real estate professional with extensive expertise in real estate development, brokerage and finance. Minka leads Streamline Funding, a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Capital. Minka has over 15 years experience in the real estate business and has established herself as a “rainmaker” in the central Texas market. In addition to leading the Streamline Funding team, Minka plays a lead role in business development by actively originating loans as a Senior Lending Officer.

Minka started her professional career after obtaining a degree in education from Texas A&M University. She has put a solid platform in place for Streamline Funding and continues to build on the integrity and strength of that platform. Minka sees a tremendous opportunity in the Texas real estate market and is excited about leveraging her experience to lead the Streamline Funding team to the top.
